Experience the Soul of Flamenco in Andalusia with Ensemble Iberica
Step into the heart of Andalusia, the birthplace of flamenco, and immerse yourself in an art form that has captivated the world for centuries. Flamenco is a living expression of cultural fusion—born of Gypsy, Jewish, Moorish, and indigenous Andalusian traditions—much like American jazz. Known for its boldness, originality, and spirit of innovation, flamenco continues to flourish, celebrating both its rich heritage and inclusive nature.
Join Ensemble Iberica Artistic Director Beau Bledsoe for a once-in-a-lifetime journey, where he will introduce you to the musicians, dancers, and restaurateurs who have become his lifelong friends. Accompanied by Ensemble Iberica artists Ezgi Karakus (cello) and Coleen Dieker (violin), as well as the extraordinary Basque accordionist Gorka Hermosa, this experience will combine world-class performances with Andalusia’s finest food and wine.
From soulful flamenco music and dance to intimate connections with the region’s rich culture, this is your chance to witness the true essence of flamenco in its birthplace. Experience not only the deep traditions of Andalusian flamenco but also original compositions and enchanting Spanish folkloric music brought to life by Ensemble Iberica’s incredible artists.
