Since his 2009 Carnegie Hall debut, Nilko Andreas, a multifaceted artist from Colombia, has wowed audiences globally as a classical guitarist, composer, actor, and singer. Based in New York City for 22 years, he blends his Colombian musical roots with extensive training in cello, classical guitar, composition, and orchestral conducting from The Manhattan School of Music. ABOUT THE ARTISTS:
Kansas City based visual artist Chris Dahlquist has exhibited extensively throughout the United States in a variety of traditional and non-traditional settings including art galleries, art fairs, and large-scale public installations that allow audiences to interact with photographic objects in unexpected ways. Dahlquist’s works are in hundreds of individual, corporate and civic collections and have won numerous awards, including a curatorial award from the Houston Museum of Fine Arts as well as grants from Mid-America Art Alliance and the Kansas City Arts Council. Dahlquist is represented by Sager Reeves Gallery and Olson Larsen Galleries. | www.chrisdahlquist.com

Amado Espinoza, an award-winning Bolivian musician and instrument-maker, seamlessly fuses Andean folk traditions with diverse musical influences. He co-founded Resonation Music and Arts, LLC, fostering cultural curiosity through music and storytelling. Amado has collaborated with Ensemble Iberica, contributed to film, theater, and dance projects, and received the 2022 Spirit of Folk award from Folk Alliance International. He’s a 2019 grant recipient of the Lighton International Artist Exchange Program, a 2017 Charlotte Street Foundation Generative Performing Arts Fellow, and gave a masterclass on Andean Music at Berklee School of Music in October 2019. This unique discovery experience unfolds at the Oak Street Mansion, a historic inn nestled in the city’s heart, steps away from the Nelson Art Gallery, The Kemper Museum of Modern Art, and the KC Art Institute. Guests enjoy luxurious accommodations as overnight patrons of this charming boutique Inn. Limited to 25 participants, the package includes food, drinks, and lodging, excluding Inn vacancies.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:
