A $500 per person deposit required to reserve space on the trip is due December 15th, 2023.

Deposit is refundable until 90 days prior to departure, minus a $49 administration fee. 

The remaining balance will be due on January 9, 2024

Financing plans are available for the remaining $3,465 through affirm.

Once full payment is made, any refunds are contingent on resold or cancelable elements of the trip.
